TK/Kindergarten Registration
2024-2025 TK/Kindergarten Registation - Open Now
Kindergarten Round-Up Scheduled for May 1, 2024, please make sure to have your registration packet turned into the office by April 19, 2024 in order for us to schedule and prepare for round-up accordingly.
Kindergarten: a child must be 5 years old on or before September 2 of that year.
TK: a child must turn 5 between September 2 and June 2 of that year.
If you are unable to register your child at that time, you may register anytime at the school office.
To register a child at Murdock Elementary, please present:
- birth certificate
- written immunization record from a physician, nurse or health department
- Polio
- Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
Children must also complete an oral health assessment prior to enrolling. It is offered for free at the Kindergarten Round Up.
